Low cost dental services are available from the following providers:

Child and Youth Dental Service

The Community Health Dental Care program provides comprehensive assessment and treatment for children up to the age of 14 who live or attend school in the ACT, and young people under the age of 18 with a current Centrelink Concession card. Under 5’s and holders of a Health Care Card or Pension concession card are treated free. Fees apply per course of care for others.

Adult Dental Service

Community Health's Adult Dental Service provides dental treatment to ACT residents with a current Pension Concession or Healthcare card. Clients pay a maximum co-payment of $300 for restorative treatment in a year. Services are offered in Civic and Phillip.

Emergency Dental Service

Emergency dental services are available to ACT residents who have a Centrelink Concession card. Services are free for children under 18 holding a Centrelink Concession Card and a minimum charge applies for adults.

Denture Service

Denture services are available to all ACT residents over the age of 18 who hold a Centrelink Concession card. Services include denture repairs, realigns and adjustments. New dentures can also be made. A minimum of $44.15 is charged for each course of treatment.
