NSW Disability Advocacy Futures Program

ADACAS delivers the NSW Disability Advocacy Futures Program in the Murrumbidgee, Southern NSW and Illawarra-Shoalhaven Local Health Districts:

We assist people with disability to access services and supports funded by the New South Wales Government. These services and supports might be delivered by either the NSW Government or by a non-Governmental partner. Some examples of the services and supports we can assist you to access are:

  • Education
  • Health
  • Transport
  • Housing
  • Child protection
  • Justice
  • Cultural activities
  • Trustee and guardianship.

ADACAS personnel are located in each Local Health District and can work either in person, by phone or by video link with you and with the service or support you need assistance with.

We will ensure your rights are upheld, the dispute or complaint is resolved, and you have access to services and supports.  Our work is done free of charge.
