The service provides a safe place for you to yarn one to one with Lifeline trained Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander counsellors with confidentiality and anonymity. SANE Australia offers counselling, peer support and information to adults experiencing complex mental ill-health, their families and friends. Counselling support can be accessed by phone, email or online chat between 10 am and 10 pm Monday to Friday. SANE also offers 24 hour internet based support forums.
