National and Canberra based organisations offering specialised counselling services for men and boys who have in the past or are currently experiencing family violence include:

Domestic Violence Crisis Service (DVCS)

The DVCS runs the 28 week Room4Change program for men who want to stop using violence and controlling behaviours.

Counselling and support is provided to men over the age of 16 through the Service Assisting Male Survivors of Sexual Assault program.

Brother to Brother

Brother to Brother provides 24 phone based counselling for Aboriginal men needing extra support during the COVID-19 pandemic. The lines are staffed by Aboriginal men, including elders, to promote a culturally-safe service.
