Consultation Summary
Every person has their own set of values and preferences. And every decision, and the degree of support you need to make that decision, is different. Our Supported Decision Making Consultations will be customised to meet your specific needs.
We will work with you to thoroughly understand what is important to you, the decision to be made, and the degree of support you need. We will then work with you to support you through the decision making process, and to build your decision making capacity for the future.
