At ADACAS, we recognise that meaningful change happens when people with lived experience help shape the systems that affect them. LEAP brings together ACT‑based professionals who pair deep expertise with personal insight: people who understand the complexities of disability, mental ill‑health, and caring because they have lived them.

LEAP will be a strategic advisory group to strengthen the quality, accessibility, and impact of our work. Selected members will draw on their professional knowledge and lived experience to guide our individual and systemic advocacy, intake processes, service design, and organisational improvement.

We welcome people with disability, people living with mental ill‑health, and carers, and we actively seek representation from First Nations, CALD and LGBTIQA+ communities to ensure diverse perspectives shape our direction. To maintain independence and uphold our values of Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation, applicants must not have received ADACAS advocacy services in the past 5 years.
