Our Reconciliation Action Plan

ADACAS recognises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia. We also recognise their significant ties to land and sea.

Our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan has been developed in partnership with local Aboriginal people. It sets out how we will work together to strengthen relationships for the benefit of ADACAS and the communities in which we operate. We are currently awaiting Reconciliation Australia’s approval of our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan.

We are also proud to share Wings of Advocacy, a commissioned artwork by contemporary artist Sarah Richards, a Ngiyampaa woman born on Gadigal land, living and painting on Ngunnawal and Ngambri countries since 2012.
